Direct One On One Therapy
Provide ABA-VB therapy in a one-on-one setting with the focus of therapy being on language, self-help, play, cognitive, and social skills. Treatment is based heavily on functional assessment, information, and family input. Children work on different skill areas that include such skills as receptive language, expressive communication, visual performance, mathematics, and other academic and life learning skills. Behavior modification and socialization skills are incorporated into the child's programming if and when necessary. Therapists use reinforcement and other behavior modification techniques during the session to slowly shape a child's behavior. The same principals are also used to reduce negative behavior.
Natural Environment Training (NET)
This skills training takes place in the child's natural environment when he or she is engaged in the normal activities of everyday life. These activities include, but are not limited to, eating meals, brushing teeth, bathing and dressing, going to the grocery store, and running errands. All of these skills can be broken down into their smallest components and taught, one step at a time. Creating strategies to help everyday experiences become easier.

Inclusion
Still looking for different options? Does your child need extra support socially and/or academically in these early developmental years? We can provide a shadow (trained therapist) to assist your child in a private environment such as preschools, dance classes, social events, team sports, and much more. We would work closely with the class instructors/teachers to develop a plan to target specific areas of need.
